School Cleaning
It is time for our annual fall cleaning. The goal is to have it completed August 25. Please take a look at the list on the table in the church hallway and see what you can sign up for.

Sunday School
If you are interested in teaching Sunday School either regularly or as a substitute, please see interim Sunday School Supervisor Matt Dumke or Pastor. Classes begin September 13.

ILC Student Aid Fund (SAF)
From the ILC Board of Regents: Recently it was reported that the SAF has nearly a $7,000 negative balance. This is the Fund that supports Immanuel students through loans, grants, and scholarships. Please consider this in your offerings to support the Lord’s work.

Call for Nominations
The Board of Missions will meet by conference call on Thursday evening, August 27 to issue a divine call for a full-time resident missionary to India. Since the primary role of our foreign missionaries is to assist in the training of pastors, qualified individuals should be seminary trained. The Board of Missions is asking the members of the CLC for nominations. You may send the name(s) along with any pertinent information to Pastor Ohlmann at: tohlmann@swbell.net or 1183 Big Bend Rd, Manchester, MO 63021. The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, August 25.
